IS this one of the Black hairstyles that are considered Socially acceptable in the Workplace?

Is this particular hairstyle percieved in the same way that afro’s, dreads and braids are percieved in the workplace? Could having this hairstyle affect somebody from getting hired?

    I think that what is considered socially acceptable in regards to Black hairstyles depends on the type of job and whether your employer and/or boss will accept it or not. I’ve seen Black men with cornrows or an afro and Black women with thick, curly and full (natural) hair in certain jobs.

    My brother wears cornrows and braids in his workplace which is in an office where it is as formal as it gets for a workplace and they accepted it.
