I’m a Black female with long hair. It’s 3 inches above my backside. I always get the stupid "What are you mixed with" question,lol. & the answer is black and more black!. Lately I have been leaving it out and people have been running their hands through it but for some reason it’s been feeling dry and I’m starting to get split ends. I usually do my hair myself and I cut it every week, but I know I need to do something else with it & with work and school it’s usually put up in a bun like my avatar. So any tips? On managing split ends and dealing with dry hair? Any good Black Hair Care or good hair care products out there?

Any tips?

Im planning on getting Clip in extensions(Human hair).I was wondering what kind of extensions are the best.I heard that remy hair is,but i just want to make sure im getting my moneys worth.

I found a body wave weaving hair for very inexpensive and I make my own extensions and sew on the clips, I’m just wondering if these will suffice?

Is this particular hairstyle percieved in the same way that afro’s, dreads and braids are percieved in the workplace? Could having this hairstyle affect somebody from getting hired?

I’m in New York for about a week, and I really want to go to the MAC Pro cosmetics store in Flatiron, however I’ve looked up some reviews and people say that you need a MAC Pro card to even shop there, which I don’t have! Is this true?

If so, does anywhere else stock MAC Pro products in NY or in Florida that DOESN’T require a pro card? I really want to buy some of the pro only brushes + pan eyeshadows!!
